Google 411

Google 411 is great! It's free, and it works great. You speak to
a computer, but it's voice recognition technology is a cut above anyone else.

For whatever reason, Google doesn't advertise this service. I think they want people to use it, because they are using it to improve and perfect their voice recognition technology. On the other hand, they are not making any direct money off it, so there's no reason to really spend money advertising it.
